Binding Agreement Terms
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and Big-C Studio regarding your access to and use of the Teen Parri Joy mobile application and associated web services.
By creating an account, depositing real currency, or participating in cash game lobbies, you affirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and agree to be governed by these provisions. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must refrain from installing the software package and cease all interaction with our gaming systems immediately.
Eligibility and Account Rules

Account Security and Credential Safeguards
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login passwords, and SMS verification codes. Any table actions, bets placed, or fund transfers conducted through your authenticated profile will be deemed as authorized directly by you.
Big-C Studio assumes no liability for losses resulting from shared devices, unauthorized third-party access, or compromised mobile credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must alert our administration immediately.

Collusion and Team Play: Two or more players coordinating their betting actions or sharing card information at the same table to gain an unfair advantage over opponents is strictly forbidden.

Automated Bots and Scripts: Utilizing artificial intelligence programs, screen-scraping tools, automatic card betting bots, or modified application files will trigger permanent account bans.

Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing hands or transferring chip balances to another participant at the table constitutes financial fraud and leads to immediate account freezing.
Accounts caught engaging in table misconduct will have their accumulated balances confiscated, and relevant records may be transmitted to legal authorities.
Table Latency and Disconnections
Multiplayer card gaming requires uninterrupted wireless connectivity. The platform applies automatic timers to ensure round progression. If your connection drops during an active round, the game engine will automatically fold your hand or check your turn according to table rules.
Big-C Studio is not responsible for financial losses incurred as a consequence of regional telecom outages, device battery depletion, or unstable local networks.
Financial Clearing and Withdrawals
Deposit Terms and Wagering Turnover
All cash recharges must originate from payment instruments legally owned by the registered player, including domestic UPI accounts and valid bank cards. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
To satisfy anti-money laundering standards, all deposited funds require a mandatory 1x gaming turnover before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Bonus credits awarded through promotional campaigns carry distinct turnover multipliers that must be satisfied before funds move to the withdrawable balance.
Cashout Execution and Thresholds

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, controversies, or claims arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Punjab, India.

Modifications to Platform Terms
